RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. We kindly ask that you review all product details and photographs carefully before completing your purchase. In the event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged in a manner not disclosed in the product description, please contact us at mapleandmoss.secondhand@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt to request assistance. We may require photographs and additional information to assess the issue. Requests made after this period will not be accommodated.

SHIPPING & COSTS

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate services. Shipping costs are based on current USPS rates and include tracking and insurance. For local delivery or pickup options, please contact us directly via Instagram. At this time, we do not accept international orders. If you are located outside of the U.S. and would like to inquire about a purchase, please reach out to us via email or Instagram for further assistance. Maple & Moss Secondhand is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. Any claims for lost or damaged items can be filed directly with USPS or UPS, and disputes should be handled through your local post office.
